+ altering "HighResTimer" to equal '1' in the config file. + adjusting every conceivable setting in AMD Radeon Software (both globally and individually) + adjusting the in-game performance settings from the options menu. + manually adjusting graphics settings in Windows 10's Graphics menu. + disabling the steam overlay / AMD overlay. I have tried the following things to remedy this issue but none of them have worked (in isolation or in any ust me) My FPS drops to around 10-15 fps which makes immersion in the game difficult for me. I, myself, am hoping for a bit of clarity with regards to modern AMD builds especially since I cannot get this game to run smoothly irrespective of the aforementioned wealth of fixes suggested over the years. A multitude of fixes have been suggested with many of them applying only to NVidia builds.
FPS issues with this game are infamous by this point.
